Key features of the large Fazli mango:
- Size and weight: Each Fazli mango can range on average from 500 g up to 1.5 kg. In some cases it weighs more than 1 kg.
- Taste and aroma: This mango is very sweet, aromatic and juicy. Its flesh is fibreless and quite thick.
- Ripening time: Fazli is a late-ripening mango variety. It generally starts appearing in the market from the end of Asharh (July).
- Uses: Because of its large size, it is highly suitable for making jam, jelly and pickle as well as for eating fresh.
