How much fertiliser for mango trees?

Amounts are per tree per year. Split: after harvest (August to September) the cow dung, TSP, gypsum, zinc, boron and one third of the urea and MoP. Another part before flowering (November). The rest of the urea and MoP after fruit set (February to March).
Watering: After fruit set, while the fruit grows, water every 10 to 15 days. Stop watering while the tree is flowering.
